This is your guide to food. We have tried most diets and ways of eating. We also have experience with food allergies and sensitivities, so have a variety of recipes that are free of a variety of triggering foods. Also remember, not every diet/way of eating works for everyone. Take what you can use and good luck on your food journey!

There is a reason the Paleo way of eating became so popular. It is about as clean of eating as you can get. It elemenates foods that are difficult for your body to digest and focuses on foods that help your body flourish. If this looks like the opposite of your current diet, you may need to ease into it.
What to eat on a Paleo diet:
- Most veggies
- Grass fed meats
- Free range chicken/eggs
What not to eat:
- Sugar, other than what naturally occures in your food
- Processed foods, such as 95% of what you find in the center isles of the grocery store
- Beans/legumes, including peanuts
- Coffee, alcohol, other drinks that aren't water or herbal tea

The best advice we can give you is to drink when you are thirsty. Try to pay attention to the signs your body gives you. Is your mouth getting dry? Drink some water! Still hungry after eating? Drink water! Feeling tired? Drink water!
It is important to make sure that you are getting enough water. Not having enough can negitivly effect your life in many ways. So go ahead and drink up!
